AGADA’s process is governed by sample receipt, blinding and storage SOPs. Pre-assigned storage locations and new labels are prepared prior to the receipt of any clinical samples. Once received, samples are inventoried on dry ice and the approximate size, volume, and general quality of each biopsy is recorded. After inventory is recorded, the assigned quality assurance personnel ensure that all samples are blinded according to a randomization or blinding schedule.
