Dr. Elustondo received her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Clinical Diagnosis from the University of Buenos Aires, and her Ph.D. in Medicine from the Memorial University of Newfoundland. Prior to joining AGADA, she worked for the Dalhousie University Department of Physiology and Biophysics, studying mitochondrial physiology and mechanisms of cell death. Dr. Elustondo oversees the preclinical and clinical departments, the researcher training programs, and participates in method development and validation studies.
